Sophie Lee
Sophie Lee is the mother of three small children (Edie, Jack and Tom), a well-known actor (Muriel's Wedding, The Castle, Holy Smoke, He Died with a Felafel in his Hand, to name but a few), a novelist (Alice in La La Land), a columnist for the Sunday Telegraph and she has recently completed a post-graduate course in Creative Writing at UTS. This is her first book for children and the beginning of a new series. Jonathon Oxlade is a freelance theatre designer and illustrator. He also performs, designs sets and costumes, makes puppets and installation works. In 2008 he was shortlisted for the Crichton Award for new illustrators for his picture book The Empty City, written by David Megarrity.
